I would be very happy to find a small trinitron. The best way to fix one TV is to try and fix a dozen of them! But don't get bogged down here! We are all starting to breathe easier seeing all that precious space open up in the shed!!

U lucky that tip didn't catch you mine has cameras. I reached in and cut the wire off a fridge and bastard's got me. They reckon that tey beer what's going to get hot. All jokes aside, it did happen I was chucking some light steel and there was a fridge I cut the wire and they saw me on the camera. I had to hang over the piece of wire. cheers Graham

I've got a 7" monitor screen that was used for a point of sale in a shop. It was working when i wrapped it up! Oh, your mic is spattering. or it's my head phones. whats that site for the guys who collect them? I just listened to another site and it's my headphones!

I have this same exact one and while you would think it can have the same mod as the small one I haven't been able to get rgb into the bigger one, tried for a long long time. There's something different and I can't find it

Redundant junk, notwithstanding any age categories. You could play VHS videos or video games on them, but what the hell for. Poor ' reception ' quality. You could not receive television through them, since that has gone from analog to digital and even digital is now probably defunct [ for all I know ]. [ And digital was full-on geek junk anyway ]. Spare the retro-ists more junk which they would barely know what to do with. Transfer station or off to eWaste Ben with them. He'll know the exact go with those. He'll probably identify specific parts which are worth more than the entirety of all of them.

Thanks for watching and commenting Jongle Wongle 👍 Allow me the right to reply to your opinions.. Ewaste Ben would throw VHS players straight into the shred steel for a measly 60c. In fact, I doubt Ben would even pick one up from the side of the street for that money. I know Ben and he readily admits he has limited knowledge of electronic components, other than scrap value - and there is certainly nothing in these worth going to the trouble of dismantling for! As for selling them - I get $20-$30 for a basic VHS in working order through my shop. Many models bring better than that regularly. If I was to follow your advice and throw them to the transfer station, I wouldn't be a very savvy second-hand dealer would I?
