My best find ever was actually at a J. Crew flagship in Denver. I found a pair of their Nordic low hikers with the ROLLINGAIT midsole and the vibram outsole. I am mostly a causal hiker, but I can do 10 miles in them with no foot fatigue. Fully broken in with almost no wear on the outsole. Came with round red hiking laces and flat brown casual laces for a tonal look. All in box on clearance $30.

My favorite find has been a PS5 at goodwill for $100, it was noted that the system does not turn on at all or work. I took it upart and soldered 2 wires that was not connected anymore. And it worked perfectly. Still works to this day! Thanks for the opportunity
