From Jordan's story, he said one key to his recovery is that he had psychiatrist, psychologist, and medical prescription coordinated by one person. I think that is very helpful: you don't have to re-explain; making treatment path directly with you. Fewer walls of shame to get pass. Otherwise, it can be painful to ask questions then be ordered, "Just talk" or there's a war over which one is right.

This video was well done. David, I sense you are a truly genuine, special person. I relate quite a bit to your story and I hope to do what you did. Thank you for the inspiration.

hey I hope you're doing okay. You don't know me but I just want to say you aren't useless we all have our place here on earth. Everyone deserves happiness and you will be as long as you keep positive and surround yourself with people and things you love and enjoy. You look very kind and friendly. Whenever I'm down or feel hopeless I surround myself with my cats and remind myself that they love and need me along with many others so I have a lot to be grateful for ☺☺

I think I can relate and understand what you mean. It’s hard to take care of your self when your issues make it so you don’t have the will to make that call or schedule that appointment or show up etc etc. I am going through stuff too and I’d be happy to try to help how I can. Definitely reach out how you can and how feels best to someone around you as well but please let me know if you still need help. And if it gets bad enough that number at the end of the video is there. I’m glad your here. Just do what you have to do and do your best whatever that is.
