In 1975, as the North Vietnamese People's Army of Vietnam approached the city, an operation got underway to evacuate thousands of Americans and refugees before the fall of Saigon. Tom Glenn was working for the National Security Agency collecting and sending information up the chain of command. He remained late into the operation and was on the last helicopter to leave Saigon as part of Operation Frequent Wind.
