This is a tragedy. My condolences to the victim's friends and family. I can totally see why the survivor has PTSD and is dealing with "survivor syndrome". No one should ever die because of the work they do, even if it's high risk. Big corps always playing the "it's not my fault" card is just ridiculous and cruel.

Actually 99% of companies could give a rats about their employees. The lower down the food chain, eg. frontline staff, the less the care factor. You are disposable and replaceable, make no mistake about that.
