Your place looks great for kids and that's what's important. They grow up too quick. I think you do amazingly with twin babies & a little boy. I love your realism. 🙂

I love the transparency 😂, it shows the reality of most of us! I enjoy seeing the fact that not everything is always tidy in the garden. Sometimes it is disheartening to feel when I watch others that I don't live up to some standard made up in my head to how it should look. 😅 We all have lives and different situations and I only have small containers and they sometimes are a bit neglected too. No worries. I will garden a bit more when my temps get below 100😂😅😂. Great video! I hear you sister and I am with you sister.

Glad that your ok and your house is too Aug the 6th was in the middle of 4 ef1 tornados. Had 4 gusts of wind about 80 mph. Yeah tomato's, Daliahs, tall marigolds wind pushed them around. Took about 3 weeks everything looking better but a bit beat up. OMG in the closet with an upset screaming his lungs out. The conure just sat there, no electricity for 1.5 days. 3 miles away was a mess no electricity for 6 days. Just glad you and your family are ok.

I love this! I had surgery this May and then was laid off… my garden has been upsetting me a bit but there’s so much wildlife. Thank you for reminding me that it’s okay!!!

I went to the Aquascape event right after that awful storm. It was a great event and got to meet Laura and Kevin from Epic Gardening. I feel so much better about my weeds. Life gets away from us right? The weeds will eventually die. Happy Gardening!

Oh my goodness, you were there!!! How fun! I bet it was sweet to meet Laura and Kevin...glad you were able to attend. What did you think of the Aquascape facility?! I'm thinking of taking a field trip with my crew aka family. Thank you for sharing! Oh, yes, those pesky weeds will eventually wither! Same to you! :)

@@TinysGarden you should go. They have building with some water feature ideas. This was the 3rd time I've met Laura. Once at the last Grand Garden show at Mackinac island and also there's a FB page called garden answer Groupies. The original Groupies were a few of us and we took a trip and went to Laura's and her mom and dad's house and we did an awesome service project with Laura. It was the year before COVID and it was the one and only time Garden Answer fans got to hang out with her for 3 days! It was awesome! I'll never forget it!

Awesome! Friends and family expect my garden to be perfection. It's nature. It's never perfect. I know that, but I need to be reminded. Often. You're doing absolutely amazing!! And the lil hummingbird behind you at the end of the video agrees. :D

Thank you! Did Hummy come out at the end?! I need to go back and watch it...that makes me so happy. We (really, my son) named our friendly hummingbird that loves to visit our cut flower garden. I think you're right...he seems pretty satisfied! It's the little things, right!?

@@TinysGarden that’s adorable. 😊 We’ve always called ours Perchy. As she zooms around our garden sipping here and there and then she perches on our feeder. We like to think she’s passed down that pattern to all her off spring.

This is how our yard was looking last year when my son was an infant. I'm glad our HOA didn't get on our case I really just couldn't do anything. I also had alge and moss growing on my run I pressure washed it this year. Hopefully next year when the girls are older you can do more yard stuff if that's what you really want to achieve next year. 🙂I love this video

My window boxes are toast too 😂 I did nasturtiums, they never filled out great, got all scraggly and have dangling dead leaves. But I’ve seen a hummingbird twice over the last week or so visit one of the maybe 5 blooms I have, so I’ve kept them. It also means I don’t have to fuss with them, which I have no extra time or energy for anyways 🥴
