I think they just mean made in Australia or about it. For me all games but one have been avaliable and that was because it was a US focused only game.

Avatar for sure on 360. Takes about 5 minutes or less to get 1000 GS. I'd say Energy Cycle is very easy if you use a guide. Same with Cubot. Maka has lists of top easy games each year that's great to look at since many of them take less than 2 hours to 100%.
