Your two handed mechanics are so natural, effortless and vastly superior to your one handed style, I just don't see why you don't stick with two hands. You can pretty much do anything you want two handed. Even back up spares on 10 pin. And this is coming from a 1960's Classic Full Roller.

I feel a strange need to learn how to master the one handed technique. Also in the short term, I still average higher one handed than two handed even with my inferior ball roll. Spare game isn’t very good two handed

@@220avg No law says you can't use one hand for spares. But your two handed form is much better. I think the mistake you make bowling two handed is using resin and trying to swing it. Higher grit urethane played more direct two handed as well as lower grit plastic could be the win for you.
