You can also heat up the extra bands and pose them and then run them under cold water and it will stay that shape :)

I like me some storm collectibles. This figure is pretty good but i dont need another ryu even if its a variant. I remember buying 3-5 storm figures a year but the last two years i think i bought one a year i think. Im happy they are expanding in diff franchises but at the cost of their other lines is a little sad. Awesome review yet again.

Ooo there might even be some hope, that Storm could eventually make an Oni figure, even though the hope is quite tiny, but they made Evil Ryu, a character that was only in one game and only a what if character so everything is possible!

Akuma transforms into a character named Oni and shoots a fireball trough Ryu's chest in a what-if scenario. Thats how Evil Ryu in IV is born.

Thats also a normal hadouken, not a metsu hadouken. E. Ryu Metsu hadouken has red and black in the ki.

That hole in a chest was caused by Asura, that's what triggers Ryu to become evil ryu in that scene, for me, this is the best evil ryu design, i like it a lot.. already pre ordered it, can't wait to get it😍 Also i think this is the first character from sfiv to make a debut in Strom collectibles, which mark the beginning of the street figher iv line up for Storm Collectibles.. i gotta feeling more are coming soon, i would really love see gouken, oni, crimson viper, seth and classic bison in figure form soon

The articulation in the new figure is far better than the old, Ankle articulation to name a big one, so in that aspect yes, it has evolved.
