Sad to see all the destruction and devastation. So many great memories of cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner at the picnic area with the family, fishing and crabbing off the ship, before the ship was closed off and eventually the entire pier. I always said those houses were too close to the water, just a matter of time before their wiped out. Thanks SS Palo Alto for all the Great memories.

I know this beach very well . Been running on Seaclift and Rio Del Mar flats since the 70s. Never have seen anything on the beach this badly damaged.
