Good review and curious to see how it works for you in the next tournament. Just a reminder that as you move more inside, you may need to slow the ball down a little so that it is able to turn the corner. This is something I need to remind myself of as the lanes break down during league. At 66, I need to do more reminding that I care to admit. Good luck on your next tournament

Swing is looking A LOT better. The one thing next to work on that every coach will tell you is work on "working the inside part of the ball". Look at your release in slow motion. At the point of your fingers and thumb coming out, your hand is on the side of the ball. Keep your elbow in a bit more and envision your forearm being pointed at your target and that will help the aim consistency. That will keep your hand "inside" the ball more and create better accuracy and better ball roll.

7 straight strikes to start. (8 out of 10) Not quite a perfect game. But a perfect girl. LOVE the cute, little laugh after each powerful strike! And the most adorable laughs were after the 7, the 9 and after the "NAILED IT" spare! :)

Nice video, I think you've been getting better at videos and I think your confidence speaking to the camera has improved, I can't wait to see you continue to advance in the sport. Something that might benefit higher average bowlers though is knowing what you see the ball doing. Some examples are: Does a ball tear up the front of the lane, does it slide through the mids, how much friction it needs to see to turn, if it meets too much friction too early does it forward-roll or hook hard and continuos, how it handles oil. Questions like that would help your target audience and should reach higher level bowlers more frequently.

Very good bowler for your age. I do hope you are practicing staying more behind the ball at release as you are not there yet. I can't stress this enough with younger bowlers about not 'suitcasing' the ball wanting it to hook like you see on TV. It will to a degree, mostly because of ball technology and not bowler skill. What separates the great from the elite is transitions, not only with the ball but, with hand positions. In a nutshell, staying behind the ball helps maintain consistent speed, given footwork is stable, and consistent reaction. In advanced terms, the lane lengthens as you move left and throw the ball out to change your angle, so it is critical to know when your ball is flipped, in relation to the pocket, and choose a ball that can accomplish this on a given pattern. As the pattern breaks down, always be on step ahead.

Direct Question: Is the purpose of the DNA Coil to replace the Exotic Gem? If yes, then you must remember that bowling balls lose performance over time as they are used. A new bowling ball will just have more of pop through the pins. However, in time, DNA Coil will lose its reaction and need replaced. Just giving some advice here: Don't get caught up in the hype of the next ball being your answer to success. The bowling ball is an extension of your skills and abilities. Never buy ball a thinking it's going to improve something you are lacking. Practice and Experience is the key to success in bowling. Also creating an Arsenal of bowling balls is important. Figuring out what ball layouts and surface that allow you to combat different conditions is key. It's a lot of trial and error.
