Thank you for sharing what a severe storm feels and looks like to a narrowboater. Scary! Despite the chains holding you firm there must have been times when you thought 'what do I do?' if she breaks loose. Take care and stay safe.

Hi Jill, there's little chance of breaking loose, I'm actually really safe here. The boats been rocking quite a bit as the knots in the ropes tighten and cause a bit of play in the ropes but I can always re tighten if I want.

Yeah, it looks a bit windy alright. I think most of the UK is going to get really bad weather for a couple of days. Close down the hatch, pull down the mainsail, call for the, anyway it could be fine on the cut, as you said, with no tree's around. Thanks Johny, take care.
