Honestly, this song would have been perfect as the second ending of Mai Otome’s main anime, as if all these innocent young souls had been swept away in the storm of war and suffering. But I am especially here to share my surprise by discovering that Koshimizu Ami is none other than Nina Wang. It's so awesome, I can’t get over it.

Kajiura Yuki made a rearrangement for this song and put it into FictionJunction's newest album, 「elemental」. The vocal is done by FictionJunction WAKANA, and I think you have to listen to it because it's gorgeous. And, in my opinion, much better.

Hmmm... I would think that Ami's version is more peaceful, like the person is singing the song in a green field with a pained smile and pained acceptance. Wakana's one is more edgier... more...heartrending? I agree with Kajiura-san when she said its as though Wakana-chan is singing in a thunderstorm.
