Copying a Summoning Jutsu is impossible. You need a contract. The only way someone can "copy" is by stealing the summon by using Genjutsu on the target to control it. But even then, no repeat summons

*Cracks Knuckles*: Bring Down The House Jutsu: As the commenter above stated. Summoning technically can be copied but not the summon itself. So while Sasuke and Kakashi could technically use Rage Naruto and Jiraiya's technique. they require already having a heavy summon to do it. Sasuke didnt have a summon and Kakashi's is light dogs. They cant use the technique. Although Sasuke in Shippuden definetly could Primary Lotus: Technically Sasuke can Copy this since he did copy Dancing Leaf Shadow. However Sasuke doesn't know how to use Gates. Which is necessary for Primary Lotus. IF sasuke ever learned to open one gate later (which as far as we know, he doesn't) he could use it tho. That being said, Kakashi can definetly use it Inner Sakura: Mostly cause Inner Sakura is not a jutsu, but even if we were to presume it is. It would most likely fall under a hiden technique, as far as we have seen, Sharingan users cant copy them. any of the jutsus where sasuke and kakashi needs a weapon he cant access like samehada or temaris fan can be copied but he cant use it. Earth Style: Fang Pursuit Jutsu: Same reason as Bring Down The house, Although Kakashi just has this (Could very much be wrong) Lightning Blade: this one is just flat out weird cause Sasuke knows Chidori and has seen Kakashi use Raikiri. But at no point has Sasuke ever been shown to use it throughout the series at all. Considering that people headcanon a chidori ever only becomes a raikiri once you can tag lightning with the chidori. Its possible Sasuke never met this condition Byakugan: can't copy kekkei genkai Gentle Fist: While technically they can copy the taijutsu itself. they wont use it effectively since the byakugan is required. Ends up being wasted on them. it does mean that they just cant use the 64 palm variations. Although they may be able to use rotation, they just have to study and remember where all their own personal tenketsu points are. Ninja Tool Summoning: Can copy but he needs to actually have one of tentens scrolls to do it Its possible he cant do a good chunk of lee's techniques due to Lee's physical body being way more tenacious then sasuke's. Kakashi can definetly use a good chunk of them tho Flying Sparrow: Sharingan users cant use elemental jutsus if they dont have the element in question. Sasuke at this point only knows fire and lightning and kakashi in the manga has only shown water,earth and lightning. Flying Sparrow is wind style. they probably cant use it (shippuden kakashi is confirmed to know all 5 elements tho) Tunneling Fang: It seems like beast mimicry is considered a hiden technique, which the sharingan cant copy Genjutsu: Mirage/ Genjutsu: Haze: Similar reason to flying sparrow. If the genjutsu is too beyond their ability they can't copy it. Sasuke only has a base 3 tomoe sharingan, and he has never used its genjutsu aspects at that. He may not be able to use Kurenai's genjutsu. Kakashi can definetly copy it that being said, with how experienced he is in genjutsu Wind Scythe Jutsu: Requires weasel summon. They dont have it Earth Style: Mud Wall: Sasuke doesnt have earth element. He specifically cant use it Heaven Kick of Pain: theycan copy the movement but not the strength. Heaven kick of pain requires incredibly precise chakra control almost to the point of it being a gift. Sasuke doesnt have this Hog Style: Tonton: they dont have tonton. Poison Fog is a little finnicky cause we dont know how the jutsu actually works for it to be copyable Striking Shadow Snakes: All the snake techniques are implied either be hidens or a unique form of summmon. They cant use it either way. This does mean that shippuden sasuke could use these moves Water Dragon Jutsu: Sasuke doesnt know water style. He specifically cant use it Demon Slash: The move itself can be copied but sasuke cant copy zabuza's demon intent. Thats an aspect of ninshu and a reflection of the users power and commitment. Sasuke could only truly use this if he was as strong as zabuza and means to be a demon. Kakashi could only if he is willing to drop his nice person nature. Cant use Haku's grab. Kekkei Genkai Wind style: Great Breakthrough: Orochimaru's technique. Again neither sasuke or kakashi used wind style at the time thats about it

I hope everybody realizes laughing to themselves when Sasuke performs the eight trigrams 64 pawns technique even though he can copy the fighting style and movement of the technique he has zero access to the Byakugan nor can't even see the Chakra points he's hitting so I believe he's just poking people and it does little to no damage instead just tickles them or something XD

yes but we're talking about the Naruto universe not the Avatar universe ,they are not the same they have two completely different power systems even though the techniques are similar they are not the same, also kabuto does not block chakra points he severs tendons, muscle tissue, and organs it's a chakra scalpel blade it's similarly doing internal damage but dosne block nor amp the chrakra systerm but it's not the same

The whole copying thing was the coolest and biggest part of the sharingan early on in Naruto, but you never really see it mentioned past the chunin exams. Even in the valley of the end when Sasuke's sharingan evolves to a 3 tomoe, the only thing that's brought up with that is that he can see faster

Another thing is that better Sharingan users don't have to keep relying on or copying inferior techniques...
