This music is pure nostalgia for me. so many sleepless nights after Ulduar runs just chilling with my friends on skype making conversations ranging from stupid topics to deep philosophical stuff. back then I had less money but i felt more rich if that makes sense...

Apart from Sholazar Basin, this would have to be one of the most comforting zones in Northrend. Not only is the environment generally calm, but the music also just makes you want to explore this frigid, yet mysterious landscape.

This was my favorite zone in Northrend! The music in the snow theme along with the northern lights and stars above made my childhood experience on WoW extremely magical. I can't forget this moment.

I would sometimes just park it here and take in the sights and music. Haven’t played WOW since 2013 but firing it up once again just to play Wrath classic all over again.

Storm Peaks easily takes the prize for best soundtrack. Simply amazing, the French Horn solo is captivating. If only Blizzard had this quality of music composition for everywhere else...

Holy crap hearing this music and seeing the picture of Storm Peaks made me remember that moment when my warrior first dinged 80. I remember lining up my camera, turning on fraps, then turning in the quest to that dwarf guy in the cave or whatever. It's been a while, but this song immediately invoked that memory.

I dont even understand how the WoW soundtrack over the span of the years has impacted so many people so emotionally. The mystical sounds and wondrous imagination that it comes with captures the most grappling events we experience in the game and puts it in a timeless see through ice box for us to treasure and marvel at for years to come. I dont regret spending $700+ and all those hours or even sacrificing my social life one single bit. I fucking loved World of Warcraft.

For sure itsall about the the mix of visual... the concept of the adventure, the high level creatures around, the heavenly air around the Giant races and its gigantic structures and the feeling about that barbaric Vrykul dwlling there, and... TimLost-Proto-Drake, for sure the one of the most incredible places in all World of Warcraft. All of it powered by that sound, makes de spirit of Storm Peaks. Pure Awesomeness

Lucky you :( Been camping him for a "while" now. Exactly 47 Vyragosas, over 60 Putridus the ancients. Many times stood awake 15-20hours for that drake. Stopped trying after someone on my server got it after 2 hours of camp. Only time I saw it, it was dead and some druid standing next to it like "I just came back from outside and it was attacking me" he were there afk 2 hours and when he came back the drake was attacking him. He wasen't even on a spawnspot.

After 57 vyragosas killed, ~30 seen dead, TLPD seen alive 6 times (someone got him before me.) 11 times seen TLPD dead. Camped since Wrath of the lich king, patch 3.3.5. MoP came, I lost all my chances of getting him. Once I was just 1 second too late. Unfortunately Storm Peaks is now cross-realm zone, I can't compete with so many campers. Thank you Blizzard and Mists of Pandaria.

Wanted to introduce my friends to wow because of the way the game is put together with the music, quests and stories...but Im not sure if I should since they increased the XP gain when levelling up. My fear is that we play and we level up so fast we just end up skipping a lot of content. I mean if we stayed in certain areas to do all the quests the game would end up being easy. I miss when levelling was not such a rush to get to 85 :(
