Powers out all the way to south east Naples at least. I love the light on the water at night. I love storms but not when they ruin everything. Well I still love them. Just wish they wouldn’t ruin everything in the process of being beautiful. I’m in south east Naples. Right outside of Fort Myers. I was outside for much of the onset and I was in Fort Myers this afternoon. I saw a old man walking a bicycle down the street through water who had absolutely no business being there. From the smokey mountains TN - there is devastation in our mountains, we were lucky hurricane Helene went around our mountains in the western smokeys , however 30 miles south, 20 miles east and then north - total devastation, we are still looking for people. The roads and hwys are gone - our federal government has been hindering local citizens from searching , many are searching on horseback and mules, they tried stopping private helicopters and local law enforcement from searching . It is a nightmare. Cocke county TN has asked that any military people from cocke county ask for a leave of absence of 30 days to return home and help . These people in the mountains had no flood insurance. Please pray for Tennessee and thank-you for your prayers.
