Ita not a commander cosplay but a probably grand admiral i know this because of colors on his uniform commander has three blue buttons at the bottom and three red buttona at the top

Yes, thank you for pointing that out. During events I take quick notes and here there was mistake and I didn't notice it. MIstake corrected ;)
