You could try Men of War: Assault Squad 2 with Galaxy at War mod, good sandbox and it also gives you a campaign to do with rebels, empire and clones

Be better IMO if it was Empire (Empire, First Order and 60% of the Clones) Republic ( Jedi, Rebels, Resistance and 40% of the Clones) and CIS (who stop holding back) as 3 separate factions all against each other. The rule of Two precludes Darth Sidious, Darth Vader, Darth Tyranus AND Darth Maul from all working together, so Tyranus and Maul, both resentful of Sidious discarding them, decide to team up and have the CIS play to win now. CIS lose SIdious but gain an upgraded Grievous based on the 2003 version. Clones on both Empire and Republic sides but only Republic Clones have painted armour and ships while Imperial "Chiptroopers" are blank and Imperial Venators stark grey. Anakin and Vader Truly become separate people, and everyone, good and bad alike, get a second chance. Republic Clones come from Kamino, Imperial Clones from Wayland.

All is a bit silly, thered be some like Fox , Bacara, Thie or even Appo who would still do it. Many like Gree, Cody would probably try to get their jedi to peacefully surrender to an arrest. Though most would immediately catch on when Sheev, the Republic Navy, and the coruscant guard don't want them to stand trial.

2005 battlefront campaign should have been remade in the 2017 remake because I personally think it would have been better than the Iden Verso story where you defect haf way through
