Nice, first time seeing Dex Stat on Stormwarden. Its good cuz 3 set of Dex Set gives bonus 3pcs of Light Armor fatebound as Attack Spd and Mvmnt Spd. Good Job man!

Yes, Simply acquire any level 7 chip with a corresponding fatebound on your weapon, and you will unlock the full nodes for each fatebound present on that weapon.
