Transposing means moving the song to a different (usually a higher) key. In this song it happens after 3:30, you'll definitely notice the difference. It's bad practice for like rock/pop/rap etc. but in eurobeat it's actually a pretty much essential feature, works really well.

Oh and just a bit of continuation on that, in British English "learned" is used, as mentioned before, a predicative adjective. It's used to describe things, like "A learned student" (i.e. student with much knowledge), whereas "learnt", being an attributive adjective, is used to describe thins like, "lesson learnt". So in this case, since in Australia we use British English, I saw it appropriate to use "learnt" in this particular context.
