Mina Sanchez I understand and I relate. Very sorry about your husband. I’ve had many horrible experiences in my life, and that can leave us hypersensitive people bruised and battered in ways that never really heal. I have a degree of PTSD which makes it hard for me to fall asleep or stay asleep. About a year ago I discovered these wonderful nature videos, which really can help me relax and sleep, even if it isn’t deep sleep it is better than nothing. Yes, wouldn’t it be awesome to live close to the ocean like this!! 😍❣️

Pretty much the entire coast is, and yes, public beaches the entire way is a great benefit. I love the coast, and the rest of Oregon too! We are truly blessed to live here.

It's ok. Just tell them ur sleeping for me bc no matter what I did all night it's not going to happen no matter what I do or say or listen to it do. I'm exhausted. I'm pretty sure u could sleep on the pillows under my eyes. I'm so aggravated I feel like this sea.

@@melissaweigh4508 you poor thing! I hate insomnia. If it strikes, I some times go for a walk to see the sun rise, which is at least nice. The only other things I've got, and which afflicted as you are I think you'll have tried, are not drinking after 8pm, lavender oil, and going through times tables in my head.
