Great work! This is one of the best blues songs! It has everything! Maj pent, min pent, major scale, dorian, G#9 you could do alot with. Phrygian, phrygian dom, phrygian b4. Eb9/Gminor or Harmonic major majb6 pent Bb dim/ octatonic dim D aug i like using alt7#5 Whole tone Its got a little bit of everything but the best part is that chrometic voicing leading Gmaj7 Am7 Bm7 Bbdim7

I forgot to add that I like your presentation and thank you for not saying "hey you guys" at the beginning. Also, the way the 2 leads play together is brilliant and it's so interesting to see your breakdown. Finally, i play bass and there are many useful sites but none seem to demonstrate what the bassists play in this style. I never try to copy exactly what a bassist plays and probably wouldn't have the ability or memory anyway and tab drives me crazy so I'll continue to look for sites which would show something like typical bass for various chord patterns and slides etc such as Stormy Monday.

I found this channel by accident to be honest when I look for help with trucks I can never find what I'm looking for so random Access is the way forward.. I play Bass and I'm not musically gifted and almost tone deaf so i simply can't work out progressions by ear. I will play along to thus later but I am unsure what I'll do on bass when there are semi tone or full tone slides. Also, I understand that bands play tracks following different versions but I assume that the underlying structure will be "similar" and that is where a talented / experienced jammer would adapt easily I had a 51 year break from being a rock god so I've a lot to learn or relearn and I've recently found a blues'jam session here in Bordeaux 🎸
