Fischl didn’t make up Fischl at all, the character comes from both the flowers for princess fischl (an in game book) and also the legend of the shattered Halberd part 6 (she’s my fav character)

While I have absolutely no problem with people seeing them that way, it's actually not canon so that's why I didn't include it lol (it was an english mistranslation, in every other language they're sworn brothers which has nothing to do with familial relationships. They also just don't have the same last name and Kaeya has no stake in Dilucs family buisness or anything like that so yeaah, I don't think it's canon haha, but I respect the interpretation!^^)
