Stormzy only turned down the JayZ feature because the track was called "Take me back to London" and it was supposed to represent the culture in the UK. They were able to put 2 other UK rappers on the track that deserved the exposure, Jay can get on a song with Ed or Stormzy anytime, those UK rappers deserved it more so I think Stormzy made the right choice.

He was explained why he turned jay z doe. He loved jay z, he respects jay z but he turned him down for that specific song take me down the London because jay z the wasn’t from London and he knew it wouldn’t be right, even jay z apparently respected him for saying no to him
