It's Thursday 14th November, one week until MV Hebridean Isles' certification expires, and she's only scheduled to sail 3 more return trips between Stornoway and Ullapool. However, adverse weather the following 2 days would make this her last day in service work CalMac, and with MV Isle of Lewis out of service still, she makes the most of her last crossings with somewhat of a proper passenger service.
Departing Stornoway just over an hour late, we head out into the Minch once again for another smooth crossing. Once we arrive in Ullapool, she loads traffic for her final ever crossing. A video of her departure is already uploaded on my channel.
And that concludes my time sailing onboard Heb Isles, and my last time ever seeing one of my favourite vessels in the CalMac fleet.
