Grown northern men, crying at the end. It was one of those nights when the band and the audience came together as one but I guess it was like that at all the gigs. They've been the soundtrack of so many lives over the last 10 years.

Oh that's beautiful man! Oxford was a seated gig, but people didn't sit down for long. It was like a party. It was also full of their friends, family and people who'd helped out and supported them in the early days in Oxford, got them first radio play etc. I wasn't any of those people but the vibe and atmosphere was extraordinary!

It was such a lovely atmosphere, but I heard the whole tour was like that. A friend said there was a lot of love in the room for them at Manchester :-)
