[Story 141] Harvesting ginger in the mountain and made arrozcaldo to celebrate my brother’s birthday

Ginger is one of the most used spice in a Filipino kitchen. It is used to different Filipino dishes such as chicken adobo, arroz caldo, paksiw and a lot more.
I harvested ginger in the mountain and cooked arroz caldo to celebrate Anggi’s birthday, my youngest brother.
