I think it's really detrimental to the industry and more than a bit dishonest to say he is a "solo developer" when he hires tons of people as contractors to help him. There's nothing wrong with that, but when an actual one-man developer takes long to finish or update a game they'll point to manor lords and say "well he did it solo, so what's taking so long!?" even though he absolutely did not work on the game by himself.

indeed it took a long time to this stage , to be finally released . count UE as one of the factors which speed up the process . atleast i think it is ... and i sayed mostly as solo developer cause he carried the game all by himself untill got the money and ...

Ostriv is cool , you know i think manor lord have some upper hand in visuals and i think in visuals , in the vibe that it gives and give the elements of real time strategy makes manorlord more alive . and the fight part is not something u buy manorlord for . 3m people whishlist it , cause of being the valuable package .
