Nice job mate, but ya got some details near the end wonky. The events that transpire after Shuichiro died went down like this. -Nine in hatred of the object tries to destroy it much to her company's confusion. -Jubei appears to stop that. -They fight. -Rags throws sword to break the fight and they ask Nine to explain what's wrong -She explains -Everyone's not so eager to use the thing and everyone agrees to a break -Rags senses Regular Rachel by the Cauldron and goes to talk with her -She alludes to his purpose by reminding him that the Black Beast's activities can be stopped for a year -Cut back to Celica saying she'll sacrifice herself to the lynchpin to Nine's grief -Rags comes back in and stops that shit -Everything settles down and they decide to camp at the place -Rags goes back to the caulron to look at it -Nine followed and they talk -Rags tells her he can give her a year of reprise, asks her to make the Six Heroes, and watch out for Yuuki Terumi -She agrees to that -All's fine until it's not -Incoming Black Beast to commense Operation FUBAR -The girls leave, Celica getting Ragna's Coat and Ragna getting a kiss on the cheek from her -Mitsuyoshi and Rags meet the Beast -It's fucking scary but they charge it anyways. -Mitsuyoshi cuts up it's remnants and Rags charges the Beast -He and Mitsuyoshi get chomped on but Rag's collision with the Beast sent them both out of the World leaving behind his sword. Sure some details are minor but none the less.

So I take it that since Ragna has the black beast sealed inside of him because of the azure, him basically feeding himself to this timeline's black beast makes a sort of paradox that forces the black beast to shut down until it recovers?

Near Darkroad you're both kinda wrong on that, Ragna lost his arm and had it replaced with the Azrue. And IF this Azure comes into contact with with a Murakumo unit THE WRONG WAY, a black beast will be born..... Hmm now I don't know for sure, but the first black beast involved terumi and a Murakumo unit. Thus putting terumi in ghost form I believe.

I love this series but interactions like this make me feel like the writers completely lost track of what they were doing with the characters, and probably even got lost in their own terminology. I hardly understand what an "origin" is still let alone how Ragna is while also isn't the original black beast, ugh.

they never explained how Ragna got his sword. In the original timeline Ragna got the sword from Jubei after he completed his training. However it was revealed that Jubei received the sword from Celica. This doesn't make sense either due to when Ragna time traveled to the past he gave his sword to Celica to hold on for him. The same sword he received from Jubei

Yena Chomps I can explain the origin and more, if you'd like. The "origin" is as the name states: where it all began. Which is Amaterasu. All of this started with her making the "Blazblue world" after the orginal world was destroyed by the Black Beast crafted by humanity in order to destroy the previous set of Murakumo units in the Prime Field War.

l´d suggest you to keep it more focused on the story, we all have complaints about some story elements/characters but while explaining it l think it´s better to keep those for ourselves or for another video just for that. I´m not happy about Celica´s fate and l can think of five thousand (figurative) ways to change her final fate... but that wont help anyone understand the story. Sorry if this is blunt but l think many people will be interested in the story after Cross Tag and it´s better to have the most straightforward explanation possible.

Japanese is based and logical, it has actual syllables as its basic units in the written form, instead of limp-wristed, fuzzy, gaijin letter BS. "Hihiirokane" literally could not be simpler to pronounce. Here : "He-he-ee-lo-ka-ne". Read and pronounce it one syllable at a time. Duh.
