Just beated this boss in the Offline version. Sadly this boss has a pretty bad design. It's impossible to win with a melee weapon without a full shield like Gangsta Sigma have, recover HP by a ridiculous amount like with Halloween Sigma skill 1. Without things like that it's impossible to avoid ViA attacks standing near him.
