I am astonished with this information from the Bible about signs in the sky the birth of the Savior the Bright Morning Star WOW! I pretty much agree with September 11, 3BC as the date for Yom Teruah (Day of Trumpets), but I don't take that as the day of Jesus' (or Yeshua's) birth. I take it as the day of the announcement of his birth. I take his birth to have been two weeks later around September 25, 3BC, the first day of Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles). He was born on the first day of Sukkot and dwelt (tabernacled) among us (John 1:14). In fact, as we know, Yeshua was known as the bright and morning star (Revelation 22:16). The planet Venus is also known as the bright and morning star. If you go two weeks from Yom Teruah, you come to the first day of the feast of Tabernacles. During this two weeks, you'll notice that the planet Venus moves to the midsection of the virgin in the Virgo constellation. To me that indicates the birth of Yeshua. One other thing I'll throw out. The Feast of Tabernacles was a 7-day event. So it lasted from Tishri 15 through Tishri 21. The following day (Tishri 22) was known as Yom Shemini (the Eighth Day). During that first year of his birth, he was circumcised on Yom Shemini, when he was 8 days old (Luke 3:21). I don't agree with the Friday, April 3, 33 AD date for the crucifixion. It sounds like you're following the Catholic tradition of a Good Friday crucifixion and an Easter Sunday resurrection. Yeshua plainly said that the only sign he would give for proving he was the Messiah was that he would be in the grave 3 days and 3 nights, just as Jonah was 3 days and 3 nights in the great fish. You cannot get 3 days and 3 nights from Friday to Sunday, even if you use parts of days and nights.

Jesus was 30 years old when he started his ministry (cf. Luke 3:23). Thus, if he was born on September 11, 3 BC as the speaker proposes, he would have started his ministry in September-ish 27 AD (i.e. 30 years later) and ended 3.5 years later in the spring of 31 AD (i.e. Passover). But the speaker puts his ending ministry at April 3, 33 AD or 2 years longer than what most Bible scholars believe Jesus' ministry to have lasted.

BC here refers to "Before Common Era" and NOT "Before Christ". Hence BC here is almost equivalent to the beginning of AD (Anno Domini) which means "In the year of our Lord" which puts Jesus at approximately 33 1/2 years in April 33 AD. taluis, Maybe the answer is in the same verse of Luke 3: 23. It says Jesus was ABOUT thirthy years old. If he was born September 11, 3 BC, then he would have become 1 year old at Sept. 2 BC, 2 years old at Sept. 1 BC and 3 years old at 1 AD (following Barakel's explanation that there is no year zero). That makes Him get 4 years old at Sept. 2 AD and getting 5 years old at Sept. 3 AD. Add thirty years and he would have gotten 35 years old at September 11th 33 AD. But He died and rose about 5 months before in April 33 AD. Which means He must then have been about 34 and a half years of age. Since He had been doing His ministry for about 3,5 years (or so I've read, it seems scholars are pretty sure of this one), than He would have started at roughly just before of after becoming 31 years old. Which is indeed about thirty. For we also call someone 30 years old even on the day before he turns 31 years old. What do you think of this?

I enjoyed most of this teaching , I do have one problem, it's about the Solar eclipse at when Yeshuah died, eclipses only last minutes,, this darkness lasted three hours. Wouldn't this be more likely to be a much larger planet passing across the suns path ? Maybe this "Nibiru" that's being promoted lately. . ? This is great, but your model is not correct. God created us as the center of the universe. Joshua 10 God stopped the movement of the sun - not the spinning of earth. God does not lie. Your heliocentric model is in direct opposition to God. We are the center of the universe. the sun and moon move above us. Too many scripture to quote that where we live is fixed, immovable. Planets only in KJV no other Holy Bible. Stars in Job sing song of praise to God - stars are angels not burning balls of gas.
