I was posted in Kashmir thus know love this region and the people there. All these genuine Kashmiris are pure Central Asian Aryans and many have now converted to Semitic-Islam. Interestingly, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Sandhu maintained one of the top most armed forces of his period. One of his best commanders was Col. Ayodhya Prasad a Kashmiri Pandit as well.

Also reservation is on population basis not on caste basis. For eg Rajputs of gujrat lands in obc.. this doesn’t mean that they are backward they are just less in no.
