If you can’t afford and belong to Lahore or surroundings you May come to Jinnah If you can afford to IMC hospital for opinion and consultation to see if APD or home dilaysis or blood less dialysis or automated PD is right for you !!

When should we discontinue Telmisartan?to my same medical condition some nephrologist suggested me ccb n some Arbs like Telmisartan.so confused...my only question in how many diagnostic tests the increase of potassium n creatinine should give a warning to discontinue Telmisartan?my potassium slightly increase 5.3 fr the first time after 4months use of Telmisartan ...

The next best step would be to reduce potassium by low potassium diet and correcting bicarbonate if low. If still more than 5.5 than May decrease it to half but no need to stop it.

سر میرے گردوں میں ایک سال سے درد رہتا ہے ڈاکٹروں کو کٸ بار چیک کرایا وہ بولتے ہیں آپ کے گردے ٹھیک ہیں ان میں درد معدے کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے تو سر پلیز یہ بتا دیجۓ کہ یہ کیا معاملہ ہے کیا واقعی معدہ کی وجہ سے گردے درد کرتے ہیں ؟

سر اسلام علیکم ۔2 سال سے یورک ایسڈ کم نھیں ھو رھا ۔ گردوں میں پتھری کا عمل بھی بہوت زیادہ ھے ۔ کیلشیم کے کرسٹل بنتے ہیں گردوں میں ۔سر ۔ گردوں میں اور پاؤں کے جوڈوں میں شدید تکلیف ریتی ھے ۔
