These issues has drastically affected the region. Poor quality of life, as the Garh has turned into a mere drain with very less to no maintenance or cleaning at all. Furthermore, the silting of the river is preventing medium to big size vessels from entering the region and reach the banks. Ultimately affecting not only the region but also the state economically. This has hampered many Jute Mills built along the river bank. Amazing documentary ma'am.

Wow! An excellent documentary done on "Blue Green Infrastructure " which is a soothing topic for so many individuals in the 21st century and for future humans who will be slaves of highly sophisticated Artificial Intelligence machines. Further It's an eye opener for policy makers to initiate accurate decisions to create a better world . Hats off to the research team at the University of Liverpool for disseminating knowledge on a timely appropriate subject.

Miss I recently got a project work on the topic 5 brightest side and 5 darkest side of your city….I was literally entangled in what to write and what to not about the darkest sides of our city ‘Chandannagar’, after this video it helped me in my project and also made me learn how to stop this unstoppable destructive pollution in Chandannagar..Not gonna lie Very informative video…Loved it !! chandernagore was not only a colony but it had a pre colonial history. i wrote at least five books on chandernagore. ..what was the enviromental policy of the French? how the river piracy happened. i wrote this in my book ..this should be discussed in this respect. mistakes should be corrected.
