As an old Ethiopian who spent 46 years abroad. I am finally ensured that my homeland is going to be in good hands. Seeing such an amazing business people like Tsige and great questions makes me happy. To recruit good young people the owner has to be sharing and giving. Particularly for Ethiopians as we are hierarchical society, please don’t put others down and expect a good result. As employers we have to care about our employees and encourage them to be more diligent.frugal.disciplined. on time, and hard working. Employers have to help think about the future including the retirement of our employees. Employees on the other hand need to be kind and be giving to their employers and community. Everyone needs to be kinder and more positive towards one another.

Great video! I really enjoyed the content you shared. One suggestion I have is to consider adding timestamps in the video description as always or as overlays within the video itself. This will help viewers navigate through the different sections of the video more easily and find the specific information they're looking for. It can greatly enhance the overall user experience. Keep up the good work!

My goodness ጂው, glad that I know you. And I’m glad you’re alive and I’m alive to see you being you and be so useful. You must be proud of yourself ጂው:: Not only for how much you are contribute to the City but mainly for who you are. You’ve been consistent for as long as I know you. I believe it’s very easy to find oneself once we are aware how to, but being yourself while perusing your dreams in the business world, where you relay on the input of others is a different story. You are የአድስ ፈርጥ:: Situations could be different if many of us could view Addis through your lenses. After all what is, is what we are willing to see. Tons of hugs and kisses to you ጂው:: ሊዱዋ

Dear Interviewers, During interviews utilizing a single language, whether it's Amharic or English, is imperative to maintain clarity and professionalism, discouraging the confusing amalgamation of the two languages and any "localisation" of English words, which is off-putting and shows lack of depth of interview techniques . By the way- the Pizza guy seems high ... sorry I cant help noticing!
