The knowledge you have at this age, i can only imagine what you will achieve as the years pass. I have four 9s in my loshu grid and I'm a life path 9. Mars, Venus and Mercury in the 11th house(Venus and Mars in pushya and Mercury in ashlesha). I feel too restless at times. Channeling that much energy in a good way is a struggle. I have always been the person to stop one from hurting the other, even when two people are fighting I can't take it. I have to be the peacemaker. I remember when I was 5 or 6 I protected a fellow student from being bullied. This is like so true. I have adhd and, i must workout if I don't I get restless and my body is like so strong, a little workout gives good results. I'm a girl and during COVID I used to workout like 2-3 times a day, I developed biceps and abs. I also practice reiki which has helped me balance my root chakra which was hyper active. When I'm doing mentally well I avoid heavy food naturally. I just don't feel like eating. I'm a vegetarian but I even feel like going vegan. I feel more connected to animals than humans, i have signed various petitions against animal cruelty.

This is so coinsidental.. Amazing content. Always look forward to your videos. Really appreciate your knowledge and research time spent to bring so much value. For Mangal in the 10th, working out and removing salt from the body is a great inspiration to getting back into working out. I dont know what it is but whenever i start working out or try eating healthy, I either get sick or injured for whatever reason its like something is stopping me from doing the right thing. Being injured or sick also affects my work which is why i try and staying away from working out which is terrible long term. Have you gotten others in this somewhat of a "trap" and solutions to get out of it? Also, eating meat impurifies the blood. For the new generation living outside of India and trying to live a lifestyle to improve health consuming meat, protein shakes, coffee and energy drinks, could you shed some light on the effects of these things? and possible solution or how to work around it. thank you.
