I hope this is a real video and not a staged rescue...for these little souls sake. Please be kind to all animals and show love without limits. Cats/kittens will love you back. Please follow up with update videos from time to time and show all of us watching this that you still care and have these cats with you. Take good care of them, please.

This is probably in Pakistan/Turkey or some other Islamic country. Ppl here (generally) love cats. This man had most likely been feeding this cat family and had decided to take them indoors. He probably learnt to clean and apply eye ointment after watching and learning at the vets' , (like i did) to save cost. Looking after stray cats n dogs is a never ending task, and is very very costly.
