Unfortunately, after you have married your bachelor or bachelorette you cannot divorce them. What you can do is use a 3DS Powersaves device to make multiple save files. That way you can backup your game to a spot before you married them and/or you can choose to marry every bachelor/bachelorette in the game and switch game files as needed. I hope this helps. :)
