What effects are you using to get that tremolo stutter at the beginning?

delay. maybe tremelo pedal but I think delay is more likely to get the sound EDIT: Actually, I think Tremolo pedal is better. I tried playing it with both delay and tremolo and tremolo sounds the most accurate. I'm using the Joyo Tremolo, intensity knobs maxed and rate knob about 7/8 towards maxed
