I've been betrayed a few times by Scavs I teamed up with but honestly this wipe has been the most cooperative I've had. I've teamed up with PMCs and scavs both quite a few times and most were really wholesome. Best one was on streets for sure. I had to afk for a sec to take some medicine. When I came back there were two scavs standing over me. They saw, shot me and realized I was afk. So they were hanging around hoping I'd come back and had dropped meds. I patched up and Thanked em, gave them some gear and we we ran around for a bit. Now they are my mates and we play regularly. :) no matter how many times you get burned- don't let it get to you. It's all about the ride, not the destination. Take risks and keep things interesting! You'll often find adventure and friendship somewhere out there mingling with the toxicity and death. :P

On my last scav raid there was an air drop that landed and as I was going over there, their was another scav looting already and I saw him get dropped, looked over and saw another scav, unfortunately for him he also got dropped, saved my the Hassle of having to worry about another scav killing me lmao

honestly in NA servers people are not like this, I had a tank battery on me and 2 other player random player scavs came and helped me carry the battery and gave it back to me at the extract

I wish. I once was playing as my scav and me and two other scavs killed a juicy pmc but fell in the lake on woods. We spent a solid 10 minutes trying to loot him but couldnt and they gave up. I didnt and i was able to loot. They came back while i was looting and killed me.

I thought the two scavs at the end wanted to help like waiting for you to drop then one pick up and drop then the other pick up and drop further, like when people pass buckets of water in a line when they don't have fire trucks.

Last wipe when i got my Tank battery, i was a scav and had killed a fat pmc before the airdrop came. meet some random scav at it and threw out my meta RD-704, Rys-T, Hex grid and asked if he could protect me while i grabbed the tank battery. He walked me too the extract(power to emercom). i already had 6+ fence rep, otherwise i would have just killed my way to the exfil :)

so im from EU, and literally every scav interaction in EU is braindead. I tried countless times to be friendly, interact and get things going with other scavs, only for them to shoot me. In EU they dont even know VOIP exists, even after me trying to work together and VOIP-ing that im friendlym or if they need an item, i drop items on the floor for them, but they just take the negative scav karma rep to get my broken adar or TOZ, what a gain! And not just 1 or 2 instances, im level 40+ and its legit every scav player interaction i had, either on PMC or on Scav. The most insane thing to me is when i go to US servers, player scavs actually VOIP, and although often wary of other people, they still work together with me and even sometimes PMC's try to work together and at least VOIP and make it interesting. its insane the difference in mentality in between the continents, and i have no clue why.....

EU is full of cheaters, chinese and russians. They work minimal paid jobs and cant into human interaction. Just avoid people if you want to have high karma or smoke everyone who gets too close or doesnt use voicechat

Bro try singapore(sea) server they also don’t voip, so unfortunately no pmc teamup, but the scav run tho, when they realized you are also a player scav, they dropped their whole inventory just for you dude, you really just need to spin and wiggle when you see scav with possible good loot haha. This has happened far too many times for me in this server, so I feel kind of obligated to give fellow scav some good stuff when I have them 😂

3 things should happen to scavs imo, their clothing should be more distinctive. as in having a unique set of pants or something, 2nd they should have more distinctive voicelines, plus there should be a automated response from scav to scav callout, 3rd, teamkilling scavs should be punished 10 fold what it is now. ive done 1 scav run this last week only to go around looking for tank batteries. a juiced up scav is borderline impossible to tell apart from a pmc.

I have gotten 5 tank batteries to extract. I got 1 battery. 4 times extract camped or killed by a fellow player scav. That followed me watching for me to get close.

I once ran into a pmc with 2 tank batteries and I was a scav I told him we could go to co op extract and I would protect him. We made it and he gave me a bunch of injections.

Just the other day while playing scav, I found a scav walking around that was at a snail’s pace. I figured the dude broke his legs or something and went over to just sorta joke about it. Just as I approached I saw him throw a tank battery on the ground, and greed became me. I immediately thought about shooting him and running, but I fought the desires for sick loot and instead opted to help. I dropped everything I had on me, asked for his backpack, then picked up the battery and walked with him to exit. Once there, I dropped it for him and wished him well. Luckily all the stuff I had dropped was still on the ground, and I was able to pick it back up and get my exit that I needed for mission. As a bonus, a couple of days later I got a mission to kill PMCs with SMGs with a tank battery as reward, so I think I got cosmically rewarded for that or something.

Yesterday I've got 2 tank batteries and a large backpack in one container. I could barely move. Within a second I was out of stamina. But I've made it to the extract :)

Two questions, why is the tank battery so important, was it because of the prapor quest? And why are scavs that you run into so toxic, especially early wipe? I always give other scavs the better loot and take the scraps, if i had a quest item i needed but someone asks for it, i drop it for them. Your scavs are always so hostile and terrible.
