I love how authentic your story is, you are a good storyteller because you not only said his side of the story which could make things looks bias but you also include your side of the story. Like the fact that you also didn’t neglect your flaws when you were talking about his make everything authentic and enjoyable to listen to. I listen until the end , but I am supporting the decision that you made. He doesn’t deserve you for sure by looking at things that you said you are too good and too honest for him.
