4:14 Not only you, but people around me also has that standards. Like I was in 9th grade when I was mocked for about my looks and went through bodyshaming. Now, I am like make joke of myself but it was harsh at that time... When I got in 10th and i was 17. I got beard all over my face. Everyone said that I look almost like 25 or 26 years old meanwhile those who said it looks even older than me now... And I look same. Some 5 year old kid called me uncle because I was taller and had beard. Some people said I am 32. so this is nothing new... Normal...

hi i relate to this a lot becoz now i am too struggling to speak in front of people and crowd . i am so insecure about myself that people will judge for this i hope i get the strength to stand for myself all alone that i used to do when i was in school where i dont even care about student and their tactics to insult me. just need some advices how to gain that strength to speak for myself i had lost many opportunities coz of this fear
