That did happen to me, f wa7d exam khdit akhir no9ta f 9ism f physique (totally didn't expect it). Jatni moraha wa7d moment li tkherbe9t but I needed to make sure dikchi maghadich yw9e3 mra akhra. So b9it kan9ra more than usual (also more than enough) to make sure maghadix to9e3, and next exam jebt we7da mn no9at lwala. It's normal to feel disoriented but khsek tkhdem mzyan for your next exam to prove to yourself anah kant ghir hafwa and maghadich to9e3 mra akhra (it's a battle between you and yourself so you gotta prove to it that you can) And good luck
