Probably should have but I was just ready to leave and go to my cruise! That poor officer was so confused! Whole bag full of SHEIN and temu items but I’m stealing 🤦🏽‍♀️

Sounds like to me. You should have shopped & took a shower when you got on the cruise and put on new clothes then. Good luck with the lawsuit.
