This song probably has my darkest and most honest lyrics yet. we often glamorize depression, addiction, and everything related to feeling down or not ok. negativity seems to be way more rewarded than positivity and it sucks that it has to be this way. i’m no better than someone else. i only write sad songs lol… i’ve talked a lot about my struggles in the past on social media ‘cause at the time i wanted everyone to know how sad i was. but why? i don’t fucking know. i just wanted to let it out, and once it was out, i immediately regretted it. i’ve always been an attention whore and i guess i was trying to be like “hey look at me, i’m desperate… come talk to me” but then once people started reaching out, i didn’t even wanna answer because i’ve realized that i don’t even wanna talk about it… which is why i would often delete everything a few hours later. in my head i wasn’t trying to sound like a victim, but looking back at it now that’s how i came across. i’ve judged other people in the past for doing the exact same thing i ended up doing and i’m ashamed that i did. i think everyone needs an escape and some people don’t have access to friends, family, therapists, and social media might be their only outlet… a place where they can feel loved and validated. it can be very toxic most of the time and i still believe that professional help, meds, or anything else that might work for you is better than “The Social Media Medical Center”. i do think some people are faking it for clout, but it doesn’t matter. if those people are faking it, that’s too bad for them, but they’re not the ones that are truly struggling. it’s also very easy to compare yourself to someone and be like “my life is way worse, why are they fucking complaining?”. i think we’re all dealing with some shit in one way or another and it’s not a fucking competition. everyone is allowed to have feelings. we’re all different, we all react to certain things differently… you know all of that already. not really sure where i was going with this, but yeah, new song out now. it’s a very happy and uplifting song but most importantly A CERTIFIED BANGER. plz tell me what’s your fav lyric.. or drum fill… idk. k bye, love you.

I'm exact same way. Tbh if my mom wasn't a prescription drug addict I probably would have done drugs. Cuz I have addiction tendancies. Ty for sharing your darkness. And I often delete things too. I'm proud of you. If you haven't watched modsun documentary of how he got to where he is today and broke cocaine addiction and alcohol. Go watch it

I was in dark place too. But I had hope for the future. And that kept me from giving up.Everything isn't perfect right now, but I'm still in better shape than last year. Remember, you too will be happy one day. You will feel like you have lived these days far away. And i love your work. This song impressed me as much as the others. You are amazing!! 💕

Yeah this song is really hits me close to home guys I’ve had struggled many things in my life too I’ve had battled depression and my anxiety stress for the last. 8 years of my life I’m also now battling my vocal cords too it’s been hard on me I haven’t sang karaoke about a week I’ve also battled voice loss in my life as well been coughing a lot got sick and it’s been hard week for me it didn’t affect my karaoke singing career and my band queen of the Nile guys I’m also battling my demons too it’s been hard for me as well after my pets died of cancer I’ve had survived 7 suicide attempts as well my brother Russ suffering the same situation as I have gone thru this song really healed our darkest days and our situation as well your lyrics touched me for alot of reasons as well your song also saved my life from my back injury accident I had in the past too your music is therapeutic for me it is a big banger for me amazing video u touched my heart love you guys 🔥🤟👏
