I think the reasons of the decline in the trust rating of PBBM are: 1. The failed arrest of bantag, teves, quiboloy and alice guo 2. indecisiveness to cooperate with ICC and ban of pogo. 3. The 20 pesos price of rice that he promise and the surge in prices of basic commodities. 4. Denial in the break down of uniteam while sara is very frank to admit it. 5. People are starting to doubt his passive attitude for lack of political will. 6. Most of class C and D citizen don't appreciate or don't understand his message because most of these are spoken in english. 7. The destructive attacks against him of DDS vloggers and the duterte camp was not properly responded. 8. The influence of Duterte to our military still significant and alarming. Specially the recent disapproval of the bill for the military sponsored by bato. 9. The diversion of allocation of the excess fund of phil health and other unpopular move of the lower house such as maharlika fund, cha cha and the like. The President should look into these matters before it will escalate to uncontrollable stage.
