#Storycon | House Quad Committee lead chair Rep. Ace Barbers said they plan to invite former President Rodrigo Duterte again, but not for the next two hearings.
Meanwhile, Barbers said there is no new invitation for former Police Colonel Royina Garma to appear at upcoming hearings.

To be admissible in court, it must comply with the legal requirements. Independent of the confession, which should be in writing and with the assistance of counsel, there must be a corpus delicti, meaning there must be evidence showing the commission of the crime other than the confession itself. For example, who were the victims that the confessor allegedly killed, when did the killing occur, under what circumstances did the murder transpire, etc. Given these legal requirements, which are absent in the alleged "killing" of six persons by Duterte, saying that former president Rodrigo Duterte made an extrajudicial confession on those "murders" in a congressional hearing is an idiotic assertion.
