#Storycon | Security analyst Chester Cabalza expects China will decrease its swarming in Escoda Shoal following the pullout of the BRP Teresa Magbanua.
He also believes the pullout was a direct result of last week's talks between the Philippines and China aimed at deescalating tensions in the disputed largest reef.

The Philippines government should have a political will to construct a permanent structure in Sabina shoal for naval base and outpost to secure Sabina shoal. The Philippines coast guard cannot guard everytime due to limited ship asset.

I don't think you understand. You can use multi entry strategy when choosing where to anchor the BRP but you cannot use multi entry strategy when you're resupplying because for obvious reasons, the anchored ship is stationed in one place so you can only approach in a certain direction.
