I HATE painting terrain for my tabletop gaming almost as much as I LOVE crafting it. This is a guide for all of you out there who share in my pain of building awesome stuff and then never getting around to painting it. I am going to cover my process, which is the easiest way I have found to get the best results!

Love It!!! Painting is my weakness this is going to help so much! Lazy guide for roofs Lazy guide for doors/windows Lazy guide for different types of texture (water, ooze, metal, etc) Lazy guide on what to do with all the foam leftovers from past projects The possibilities are endless!! Thanks again for such great content every week!

One thing he didn't do in the video is a wash. A simple homemade wash makes such a big difference it's not even funny. I'm not trying to be critical here. I love this video and I had no idea how to tackle red brick coming into this.

Dude, you're *way* more professional than a lot of channels out there during this video. You go through your steps and give lots of tips, and it feels like watching a teacher. You may not have a lot of confidence in yourself, but you have a LOT of talent in not only painting buildings, but also in video production! Every new crafting video is one I look forward to and it really helps me keep going in my own hobby because your enthusiasm just pours out of the screen and fuels my creative process.

Covered a lot of ground, in a short time, with a good mix of info and pacing. Nicely done

I'd say that you could go with even more contrast. Like throw a deep wash on there and hit the very edges of the wood or stone with a very light beige or grey. I just discovered your channel and I'm really enjoying going through your videos. You deserve a lot more views!

I dig the idea behind this video. One thing you could do is do the "lazy" version then show a few ways to add a bit more. You kinda did that in a couple places here but you could really dig in to that. Things like adding a wash or some texture effects, etc.

Damn man nice job. I’ve made my own terrain and struggle with exactly that! The line between functional/playable and take as much time as the Sistine Chapel lol. And at the end of the day you just want finished pieces on your board. Fine job with that piece I’m sure it looks great on your table.

Not related to painting - but is this building playable on all floors? I just discovered your channel and LOVE it! Buy have you showed how you build with playable interiors for multistory buildings?

So I don’t tend to make my interiors playable, I use my mansion tiles/dungeon tiles to make my interiors off to the side.
