If I have to say something about it. It's the Glitch Effect. An Ability that is very Dangerous to use. The best example is how StoryShift or any AU where created. Using it should've killed Sans, but this Sans is technically dead now. He's still able to fight by the support of the lost ones and his own determination that the Captain Of The Royal Guards have as well. That's the reason why he can use the Glitch Effect so many times, but in actuality, he always use it. But this Glitch Effect is more powerful and dangerous than the one he mostly use in battle. Like how he's able to summon multiple blasters and attack for so long, he shouldn't been able to do that. The Crack on his skull is the indication that he is dead.

the gaster blaster is affected somewhat by the state of the users skull so the cracks being carried over isn't all that weird it is also somewhat affected by the eyeights so if those are different between users this is also common
